The residence features high ceilings, a luminous living space with an open-plan kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there is a separate guest toilet for added convenience.

Upon arrival our welcome food basket will be waiting for you in the kitchen with our compliments along with an informational note regarding the housekeeping services which are provided every 4th day of stay (standard charge of 100 euros).
One baby cot can be provided per bedroom for children up to 3 years old , this has to be pre booked as it is subject to our availability.
The maximum limit of electricity consumption per 7 nights is 400Kw/h. Each unit used above this limit will be charged at 0.35 euro cents. In the rare event of excess usage, the guest consents to his/her card being charged for the appropriate amount.
These limitations are in place to ensure that our guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.
